    VOLUNTEER LUNCHEON APRIL 21 • 11 a.m. at the Museum

    The Arkansas Country Doctor Museum, located at 109 N. Starr Street in Lincoln, will host a volunteer luncheon at the museum for current and new volunteers at 11 a.m. on Tuesday.

     

    Anyone interested in volunteering one afternoon a month at the museum may call Carolyn McDonald at (479) 824-5795, Jean Helm at (479) 824-3762 or contact the museum at (479) 824-4307 during the museum's operating hours.

     

    Anyone interested in volunteering is encouraged to attend the luncheon to find out more. Museum hours are 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.

    The Arkansas Country Doctor Museum's mission is to honor, preserve and educate the public about the history and heroism of country doctors in Arkansas, the unique history and culture of the Ozark area, and the history of medical theory and practice.
